Great view of the ocean and location close to the beach, made for a beautiful Christmas stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was decent and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
The excursions provided by the hotel were very boring and repetitive, and we felt limited in our options for things to do. the hotel did not provide enough information about the area and its history, which made it difficult to fully appreciate the cultural significance of the island.

The hotel location is great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering two complementary drinks upon arrival. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the surroundings hills, making it a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
The hotel suffered from a lack of attention to detail. The housekeeping was not up to par, with dirty towels left in the room and a musty smell that lingered throughout the stay.

Located in an exceptional and unusual place, the hotel offers guided hikes to places that can't be seen anywhere else. Rooms have commanding views down to the ocean, allowing for a relaxing stay. Service is outstanding, and guests can enjoy great food and spa services. the all-inclusive nature of the resort is top notch, and excursions are led by knowledgeable guides. After an enticing breakfast buffet, guests can explore the remote areas of the island on foot or by bicycle.
The soundproofing between rooms is inadequate, which may interfere with a peaceful night's sleep.

This hotel is a luxury experience with exclusive amenities among breathtaking scenery. the staff's excellent service provided us with an unforgettable stay. the Spa & wellness centre is a peaceful sanctuary with skilled massage therapists. the restaurant offers innovative dishes and exquisite cocktails, and the breakfast is a satisfying buffet. We indulged in the Jacuzzi and admired the garden area. Our room had numerous advantages, such as a private terrace, first-class bedding, and twice a day cleaning, which added to the accommodation's luxuriousness. the outdoor swimming pool and pool with view are picturesque spots.
The only negative aspect we encountered was the noisy air conditioning. It slightly disturbed the otherwise peaceful atmosphere, but the hotel staff swiftly resolved the issue.

The only issue we encountered during our stay was with the sauna and Jacuzzi. Unfortunately, they were out of order during our visit, but it did not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I especially enjoyed the spacious and comfortable rooms. The knowledgeable and friendly staff made my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the various sites in the national park made it convenient for exploring the famous Moai.
